1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• There is a size or manufacturing issue

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items purchased during sales or discounts may not be eligible for return

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or altered products
• Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)
• Products damaged due to misuse

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at admin@mahatmakhadivastra.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
• Our team will review and approve the request.
• Return pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared with you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on quality inspection.
• If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refund timeline: 7–10 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
