Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- There is a size or manufacturing issue
📌 Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items purchased during sales or discounts may not be eligible for return
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or altered products
- Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to misuse
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at admin@mahatmakhadivastra.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review and approve the request.
- Return pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared with you.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on quality inspection.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refund timeline: 7–10 business days.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
